2022
A Mission to Stay Local
Our journey began with a simple goal: to protect and support primary care in the communities that need it most. We started under the name Rural Healthcare Group, partnering with clinics in North Carolina, ensuring that local doctors could stay in their towns and continue caring for the neighbors they knew.
2023
Expanding in Tennessee
We expanded our family of practices into Tennessee, bringing our support to clinics that have been pillars of their communities for decades. We brought expanded resources and simpler, smarter processes to Crossroads Medical Group practices—freeing teams to spend less time on logistics and more time with patients.
2024
Reaching More Communities
Our network expanded with the addition of hundreds of clinical team members under Revere Medical, Desert Grove Family Medical, and SETMA. By aligning with trusted local practices, we broadened access to consistent, high-quality care—marking Revere Medical’s presence in six states.

Improving Access & Connection
Our clinics merged onto a new patient portal, MyReverePortal, to ensure that patients had ease of scheduling, self-booking, and the tools they needed to connect with their care teams.
