David Izenberg, DO

Dr. David Izenburg (pronounced "DAY-vid EYE-zin-berg") has been practicing since 1986, with a focus on Family Medicine (without Obstetrics) and clinical interests in cardiovascular risk reduction, diabetes and, in his words, everything else!

Dr. Izenburg completed his undergraduate study at University of Arizona. He attended medical school in California, at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (now known as Western University of Health Sciences University), and completed a rotating internship residency at Rio Hondo Memorial Hospital in Downey, CA. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), David also belongs to the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA). He has been an executive committee member for AOMA, and Chief of Staff at Mesa General Hospital.

A father to six boys–four of them quadruplets–David has enjoyed spending time with and raising his family. He also loves to golf, bowl and shoot, and to play pool, table tennis and Texas Holdem Poker.
