Levi Porter, PA-C

Levi Porter, PA-C, has been practicing since 1998, with a focus on Internal Medicine and Pain Management. He also has a special interest in mental health care and substance use disorders.

Levi completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant at D'Youville University in Buffalo, NY. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and has additional certifications in Basic Life, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS/ACLS), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

In the first three years of his career, Levi provided primary care services at Sheehan Memorial Hospital in his hometown of Buffalo, NY. In 2002, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona to offer high-quality care to patients in primary care, retail medicine, and pain management.

Levi is passionate about providing holistic care to patients experiencing chronic pain. His approach combines internal medicine practice modalities with his experience in mental health care, ensuring that underlying mental health concerns are assessed and addressed.

Outside of work, Levi values his family and personal relationships, and enjoys reading and caring for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants.
